Refund policy

To initiate a return for a refund you must first contact our returns department at djames@ettecetera.com.

Once you receive authorization and a tracking number to return your item for a refund please ship your item to:

Returns 

All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund to be authorized.

All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Upon approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

Exchanges 
An exchange will only be authorized if the original product is deemed defective or damaged.


Gifts 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift purchase code will be emailed to you. 

Shipping 

If the return is due to missing or defective items all shipping charges will be reimbursed.

For all other returns, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
